Ecology of Food, a conversation with Baton Domi

In the conversation “Ecology of Food” Baton Domi will present his practice and research at the Centre for Narrative Practice which is based on his inquiries around farmlands and cities. He will speak about the potential threat of the poisoning soil through the growing Cities versus Home Ecology.

The discussion will tackle the format of how could food shape the way we eat ethically by participating in a pre industrial way of cultivating, cooking, preserving and eating.

Furthermore, the dialogue will touch upon the café at the Centre for Narrative Practice, its function, mission and the format through which it will operate within the new cultural institution.
